We reserve the right to reject any commission or request, with or without reason

Stitchmutt Studios is NOT liable for damage or loss during shipping. Please discuss shipping insurance if you're concerned.

Shipping is to be paid for by the client

Should any reasonable conflict occur with a client, we can refuse to finish and send only what has been completed without refund.

Each part is fully handmade made, therefore are subject to imperfections. I advance my skills with every new commission, but generally am still learning. Any noticeable flaws WILL be discussed with clients before sending out and adjusted as discussed. 

Designs can be denied for a variety of reasons. My work is limited by my resources, comfort with, and access to certain tools and techniques. For example, I don't own a 3-D printer/ so printed parts are limited or outsourced. 

Stitchmutt Studios is a business run fully by one individual. That means work is subject to delays should any major disturbances occur; or should my schedule shift significantly. I will ALWAYS reach out to ongoing clients to update them with current timelines, but patience is highly appreciated!

Should a refund be requested after materials have been ordered, material costs must be deducted. If work has been started on the suit, material and labor up to that point will be deducted. If this occurs mid-work, we will discuss with the client if work will continue at a later date, be kept, or if whatever is complete will be sent off.

Please avoid backing out once payment plans have been set in place. This is my full-time job.

Payment plans must be completed in a reasonable length of time, although I am flexible. 

You have the right to ask for photos and updates, and chat with me! I love getting to know commissioners. However, I am a chronically ill full-time college student, so my school and health will take priority over work.

If you're wanting your creation done by a specific date, notify me ASAP. I cannot guarantee readiness by that date, but will keep it in mind. If a larger creation is pushed to be done quickly rush fees will be added.

Total prices are subject to change should add-ons be discussed mid-work, or if major design changes are needed.

I am more than willing to order specific fabrics or materials if links are provided or if the material is shipped to me! Color matches cannot be guaranteed due to variations in dye concentrations and is out of my control!

My workspace is kept clean, but my home also has a dog, cat, birds, and other animals. Please keep in mind if you have major allergies.

Minors must have parental consent and show clear responsibility and communication efforts.

Be willing to provide feedback on shapes, designs, and concepts on custom creations. 

Chargebacks without any prior discussion will result in a permanent blacklist
